Salary Range: $85,000 – $97,000 per year, depending on experience and location

This is an internal position with Next Match LLC (NextMatch AI).

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help design clean, user-focused experiences for our own platform (candidate flows, employer dashboards, analytics, marketing pages). You’ll turn ideas into intuitive flows, interfaces, and design systems that are ready for development.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and implementable

• 2–5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility basics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely
• Based in Canada and able to work standard North American hours
