Front-End / React Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for Front-End / React Developers to work on modern web interfaces for our platform and employer partners. Ideal for devs who love clean UI, UX, and component-based architectures. This is an internal position with Next Match AI, and we are currently hiring for our Toronto-based team.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive user interfaces using React (or similar frameworks)
• Convert designs into pixel-perfect, accessible pages
• Work closely with designers and backend engineers
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Contribute to reusable components and front-end architecture

Requirements

• 1–4+ years of front-end experience
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plus React (or Vue/Angular with willingness to move to React)
• Experience with REST APIs and Git
• Understanding of responsive design, UX, and testing basics
• Located in Canada, comfortable with remote collaboration
