What you will do

• Lead complex IT application projects from idea to delivery in a hybrid agile environment
• Translate business needs into structured plans, timelines, and business cases
• Own end-to-end IT delivery: scope, budget, risks, GDPR, and governance
• Coordinate architects, analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Prepare and lead steering committees with senior management
• Support portfolio structuring, resource forecasting, and delivery maturity
• Continuously improve ways of working within an agile/waterscrum framework

What you bring

• 8+ years of experience managing IT application projects in complex environments
• At least 2 years working in an agile or hybrid agile setup
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to CIO, CISO, and DPO level
• Hands-on mindset with ownership beyond classic project management tasks
• Proven ability to structure ambiguity and drive delivery
• Experience with enterprise tools (e.g. SAP, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow)
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French
• Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium
