Product Manager – Risk & Migration Programs

Location: Sydney, NSW

Contract: 12 months

We’re seeking two experienced Product Managers to join a leading financial services organization and support major risk uplift and migration programs within the eCommerce portfolio. These roles are pivotal in strengthening governance, ensuring disciplined delivery, and producing high-quality documentation for large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead risk-related activities, including risk memos, assessments, and control documentation.
• Support migration and delivery programs through requirements analysis and impact assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across risk, technology, and delivery teams.
• Produce governance artifacts and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Drive engagement within cross-functional squads to achieve program objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services (essential), with exposure to digital or eCommerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Project Highlights

• Large-scale migration of existing products to a new technical stack.
• Collaborative squad culture with office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Interviews will be virtual (two stages) and commence early January, with an expected start in February.
