UI/UX Designer (Fully Remote | UAE Time Zone)

We are looking for a skilled UX & UI Product Specialist to design impactful, user-centered digital products. This role is fully remote, with working hours aligned to UAE time (GMT+4).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, usability reviews, and analyze pain points to improve digital experiences
• Identify user needs and translate them into effective UX and UI design solutions
• Design intuitive interfaces for internal and external products, including web apps, mobile apps, dashboards, and portals
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and marketing teams
• Present designs and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Support and guide cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end user experiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote environment
• Availability to work during UAE working hours
