Mobile Application Developer/Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Professional with a strong background in coordinating and managing external vendors for mobile application design, development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with technical and security standards across iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating with external vendors for mobile application design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support, including providing required system access, facilities, and acceptance testing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for mobile application vendors, overseeing deliverables, timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and costs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure adherence to project scope, technical standards, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Review vendor deliverables, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Maintain, update, and enhance existing mobile applications to ensure optimal performance, stability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective mobile solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, whether vendor-developed or in-house.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services.
• Manage testing cycles, version control, release management, and post-deployment support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and project status reports.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 Year's of related work experience in Mobile Application Domain.
• Proven experience in coordinating with external mobile application vendors, including requirements gathering, timelines, deliverables, SLAs, quality assurance, and acceptance.
• Strong understanding of mobile application development life cycle for iOS and Android platforms.
• Hands-on experience in reviewing vendor deliverables, conducting quality checks, and managing UAT and deployment approvals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a single point of contact between vendors and internal teams.
