Senior Full Stack Developer – Digital Advertising Development
Location: Tampere, Finland
Salary: €4,700–6,000/month + up to 5% annual bonus

About the Role
Join an innovative Digital Advertising Development team working on Finland's largest media websites and applications, reaching over 80% of Finns. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring junior team members while driving advancements in digital advertising technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee technology for multiple digital brands.
- Develop advertising technology and AI-driven solutions.
- Write reusable, maintainable TypeScript library code.
- Build integrations and implement features for advertising systems.
- Design and maintain microservices/serverless architectures in AWS and GCP.
- Ensure the functionality, security, and lifecycle of technical solutions.
- Lead the team in maintaining legacy code, conducting code reviews, and designing new architectures.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to UI/UX development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Expertise in AWS (primary focus) and GCP (BigQuery).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React/React Native.
- Experience with CDK, REST/GraphQL APIs, and database systems (NoSQL and relational).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with design systems and collaborative development processes.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred Non-Technical Skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
