Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a forward-thinking government health organisation in Queensland. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Project Management professional to play a key role in the Digital Transformation Program within their Mental Health & Drugs Branch. You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of ICT-enabled healthcare projects that will have a lasting impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects in a Health setting.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, meeting objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on project development, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and policies.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and innovation through the use of emerging digital technologies and data.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager on Digital Transformation projects in the Heath sector
• Experience in the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions
• Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Ideally come from a clinical background
