Growth & Operations Manager (Blockchain)

Reporting directly to the co-CEOs, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of strategic plans, optimizing processes, and aligning team efforts to drive the company's growth objectives. The Growth & Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization's operations are aligned with its overall vision and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of daily tasks, ensuring that teams are aligned and consistently meet performance standards
• Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives and lead their implementation across the company
• Provide strong leadership to the teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, hard work and high performance
• Establish KPIs, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Optimize operational processes, systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability
