Application Security Analyst

Proclinical is seeking an Application Security Analyst to join a dedicated team. This role will focus on managing the security and risk posture of our application portfolio, supporting IT business partner teams, and collaborating with various teams to enhance overall application security. The successful candidate will also be involved in driving continuous improvement initiatives and application security training to boost security awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and manage the security and risk posture across our application portfolio
• Support IT business partner teams in delivering secure business application solutions
• Collaborate with security, technology, and application/platform teams to improve overall application security
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and execute projects related to the application security roadmap
• Drive application security training initiatives to enhance security awareness and knowledge

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of architecture, security frameworks, business processes, and organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Analytical, proactive, and independent working style with strong self-organization and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel worldwide (up to 30% of working time)
