Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the engineering roadmap to support product scaling, global expansion, and enhanced user experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to align engineering initiatives with company goals
  • Technical Excellence: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the eSIM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Product Scaling: Design and implement scalable system architectures to support millions of users with high throughput and low latency. Develop frameworks for seamless integration.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Build and optimize cloud-based infrastructures with redundancy, failover mechanisms, and robust disaster recovery plans
  • Automation and Efficiency: Implement automated provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing systems to enhance operational scalability
  • Security and Privacy: Scale encryption and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations globally
  • Team Development: scale and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement




Core Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering leadership roles, ideally within telecom, IoT, or SaaS industries
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as eSIM, telecommunications protocols, embedded systems, or mobile technologies
  • Deep understanding of scalability challenges and distributed system design
  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Salary range

  • Starting salary from - 7600 Eur/Gross per month
