About the Role

We are seeking an organized and driven Project Manager to support and coordinate bioassay-focused projects within our high-throughput testing facility. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of project management experience who brings a solid understanding of bioassays, laboratory workflows, and scientific project delivery. You will work closely with scientists, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of studies from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for bioassay-related projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Support study planning, documentation, and project setup according to internal quality standards.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure efficient execution of assays and testing workflows.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare and support internal and client-facing presentations and reports.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a laboratory, CRO, biotech, or testing facility environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with bioassays (e.g., cell-based assays, ELISA, biochemical assays).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, large-scale operational environment.
