Network Engineer

Role Overview:

Join the CABN cluster within the Network Services Tribe and contribute to delivering on CABN commitments for strategic projects such as MV-SIPN Evolution, AU-NPP Cloud CR, and SBN Encryptors technology upgrade. This role requires strong technical expertise, independent working capability, and proficiency in Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network solutions aligned with CABN project requirements.
• Perform network routing and switching configurations and optimizations.
• Lead network testing and automation initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to meet project milestones.
• Support technology upgrades and migrations for encryptors and cloud-based network solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across multiple platforms and technologies.

• Generic Network Knowledge: Expert (IP routing table, VLAN, DNS, VPN, etc.)
• Juniper Technology: Senior
• Network Routing & Switching: Expert
• Network Test Automation: Senior
• Network Testing Tools: Senior
• Public Cloud Knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP): Professional
• SD-WAN Technology: Professional
• Testing Methodology: Senior
• Agile Methodology: Required
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Juniper Networks Certification, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, SD-WAN certifications).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
