Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development (Kofax, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) with a solid understanding of business process analysis and automation design,
• Working knowledge of BPM platforms and willingness to act as a backup Product Owner or support when needed,
• Curiosity and willingness to follow emerging RPA and AI technologies and apply innovative solutions
• Working knowledge of process management systems such as BPM, ERP etc.
• Solid understanding of low-code / no-code platform design and development principles,
• Ability to prepare current and targeted process flows and to create Process Design Documents (PDDs),
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles,
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• For male candidates: completion of military service or a minimum 2-year deferment.

Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, optimize processes, and translate them into actionable automation requirements,
• Develop and maintain automations using low-code/no-code tools in coordination with business units,
• Coordinate multiple business units (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to align automation goals and process improvements
• Track and report automation project outcomes, including ROI, FTE savings, and optimization metrics,
• Act as a backup Product Owner for the BPM platform, supporting backlog management and process enhancement initiatives,
• Follow RPA and AI-driven automation trends and evaluate opportunities to integrate them into business processes.
• Define ROI and implementation strategies for potential automation projects and contribute to project planning.
