As a Product Manager on the Supply Chain Product team, you will help deliver digital products that transform our end-to-end supply chain—from sourcing and procurement to logistics and fulfillment. This role focuses on execution and product management fundamentals, ensuring technology solutions drive measurable business outcomes like improved speed, reduced cost, and greater resilience.
You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, maintain roadmaps, and support continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to grow your product management craft while building familiarity with supply chain operations.

As a Product Manager on the Supply Chain Product team, you will help deliver digital products that transform our end-to-end supply chain—from sourcing and procurement to logistics and fulfillment. This role focuses on execution and product management fundamentals, ensuring technology solutions drive measurable business outcomes like improved speed, reduced cost, and greater resilience.
You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements, maintain roadmaps, and support continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to grow your product management craft while building familiarity with supply chain operations.
As a Product Manager, You Will
- Support Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements.
- Maintain and update product backlogs; ensure prioritization aligns with business objectives.
- Assist in defining success metrics and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Drive Product Development Lifecycle
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and post-launch reviews.
- Monitor adoption and performance; identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
- Collaborate Across Business & Tech
- Act as a liaison between operations, technology, and product leadership.
- Ensure transparency in roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Gather feedback from end-users and incorporate insights into product enhancements.
- Champion Product Mindset
- Help shift from project-based delivery to continuous product evolution.
- Support rituals such as quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and retrospectives.
- Advocate for measurable business outcomes over feature outputs.
- 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery roles.
- 1–2 years in digital product management or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development practices.
- Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering.
- Exposure to supply chain, retail, or operations preferred but not required.
- Experience with customer research design, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
