Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfillment, and Billing teams to input, analyze, and complete orders and get our product(s) to the customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our customers and highly accurate input into our customer relationship management system (Salesforce Service Cloud)
• Assure quality of all completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies
• Have a hands-on approach to complex situations/escalations and work to resolve them
• Deliver world-class customer experiences over the phone (max 15 calls/day)
• Manage customer and other internal Revel team needs and escalations via phone or email
• Support other Operational teams on an as-needed basis
• Additional duties or functions within Operations as requested by management
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficient written/spoken English is a must
• 1-2 years of customer service / operations / sales operations experience
• Strong experience with MS Office / Google docs
• Ability and willingness to work a late shift: Mon-Fri 17:00 - 01:30
• Experience with ERP software (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience with a ticketing system (Salesforce preferred)
• An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical areas and an eagerness to learn
• Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus

Salary:

1872 EUR/month gross salary.

Plus pay for night hours.
