Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the project vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead nominated projects and be responsible for technical and commercial follow-up of the projects from transfer/kick-off to closure, ensuring compliance to quality standards
• Reach and report project KPI’s, on-time and within budget delivery,
• Define the project scope, including objectives, deliverables and boundaries and constraints.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Develop clear user stories, product backlogs, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and control changes to the scope; i.e execute a change management process to assess and approve any changes to the project scope
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Ensure that all risks and opportunities are identified and reported timely
• Maintain communication with all departments of the unit, drive actions and recovery plans
• Regularly engage with customers, partners, consultants and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the product.
• Facilitate steerco meetings for timely communication on project scope, budget and timeline and to highlight raised concerns and risks along with proposed mitigation strategies.
• Provide the steerco members with the necessary information throughout the project timeline to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• Bachelor’s degree with strong technical background (project management qualifications are a plus).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in relevant industry is preferred.(banking and IT)
• Proven experience in project management, preferably as a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
• Adequate level of Project Management Certification. Ability to guide a team of project and other managers.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and excellent collaboration and work with cross functional & cross-cultural team.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks & challenges.
• Proven experience as a Product Lead or similar role in the software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of product development and lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency At English (must)
