We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our product marketing efforts and work independently to drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and has a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for complex products, ideally involving both hardware and software.


You will be a key player in defining the go-to-market approach, positioning our products in a competitive landscape, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. As a fast-growing team, we require someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can take ownership of their work to influence product success.


This role is placed within the Digital Solutions division of ZF Aftermarket. The team's mission is to reduce vehicle downtime through innovative digital solutions. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work with a portfolio of products centered on workshop digitalization, with a particular emphasis on vehicle diagnostics.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to support product launches, market penetration, and revenue growth.
  • Independent execution: Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives and work autonomously to shape product positioning and messaging across various channels.
  • Market insights and positioning: Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Sales enablement: Create and deliver effective sales tools, presentations, and content to support the sales team in communicating product value and driving growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product vision, go-to-market plans, and customer needs.
  • Content creation: Develop high-quality sales collateral, blog posts, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with external agencies to produce expert content such as research reports, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Performance monitoring: Define and track key metrics for product marketing initiatives, analyzing performance data to continually optimize strategy and execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Significant experience in product marketing, with a background in hardware and software mix products considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker, with experience shaping product marketing strategies in a structured, data-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives effectively.
  • Experience working with sales teams to develop enablement tools and training is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Polish optional
