Product Specialist

We’re a product-driven technology company. Our product enables us to reach all the customers in Turkey. Misli has been growing incredibly fast in last three years, but our aim is to give best customer experience to our user and be a super friendly for our customer.

As a Product Specialist you will be the person setting product vision, responsible for product backlog and working closely with the Business, Data, Engineering and Design teams.

What we’d like to see

• Ideally, at least 3 years of previous working experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager, you must be a DOer, a curious learner,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Have a strong technical ability and experience, Proactive, creative and troubleshooting character with strong analytical, verbal, communication and presentation skills is preferred,
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done. Multitask management and coordination ability are musts,
• Exceptional decision-making and communication skills,
• Proficiency in UX/UI principles, API integrations, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Software development concepts, coding experience and Expertise in A/B testing is a big plus.

What you will do

• Define product vision & roadmap based on OKRs and drive the delivery of this roadmap together with tech and design teams,
• Translate business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance that will be used by developers and testers,
• Prepare project plans and coordinate software development and testing processes,
• Transform business requirements to product backlog items. Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions,
• Become a subject matter expert for our services and products,
• Understand the need, analyze requirements, and give feedback to design team by working with engineering & UX teams,
• Create, review, and improve product requirement documents (PRD), driving cross-functional execution, bridge between the business team and development teams & analytics teams,
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria,
• Monitor the progress of product development and product release plans (Knows when and why a product backlog item is included in a sprint),
• Attend grooming’s with the development team to clear out any question raised during the grooming’s, ensure the Development Team understands the requirements and objectives of the items in the Product Backlog to the level needed,
• Work with UX researchers to gather information about user behavior.
