🎯 YOUR ROLE

As an AWS Solution Architect, you join a modern cloud organization where innovation, automation, and operational excellence are key. You operate at the intersection of architecture, infrastructure, and operations, translating complex business and technical needs into robust and secure AWS solutions.

You collaborate closely with platform, DevOps, networking, security, and operations teams to design, build, and optimize cloud environments. Through your technical leadership and hands-on approach, you ensure AWS architectures meet the highest standards in scalability, performance, and security. From initial design to operational adoption, you guide teams through the full lifecycle.

📌 WHAT YOU DO

• Design and maintain secure, scalable AWS architectures that support enterprise workloads.
• Set cloud standards, patterns, and best practices across teams.
• Build solutions using modern AWS services and IaC (Terraform / CloudFormation).
• Align with Infra & Ops on networking, monitoring, security, backup/DR, and CI/CD.
• Ensure resilience, observability, performance, and operational readiness.
• Support teams during build, deployment, incidents, and optimizations.
• Promote cloud-native approaches such as serverless, containers, and event-driven designs.
• Share knowledge and contribute to cloud maturity across the organization.

🫵 YOU

You have 8–10+ years of experience in system architecture, cloud engineering, or infrastructure design, and at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an AWS Solution Architect in an enterprise environment. You understand cloud networking, security, DevOps practices, automation, and modern AWS services. You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and bring a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience with IaC, CI/CD, containers, microservices, or event-driven architecture is a strong plus. AWS certifications or experience with Agile/SAFe, hybrid cloud, or modernization programs are nice bonuses.
