Skills and Qualifications

● 5+ years of hands-on experience with production-grade Python development.

● Strong understanding of system design and modular backend architecture.

● Proven experience in designing, building, and managing APIs end-to-end.

● Solid experience with TDD frameworks like pytest or unittest.

● Strong fundamentals in database schema design and data modeling.

● Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and justify trade-offs.

● Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

● Comfortable delivering at high velocity without sacrificing quality.
