Summary:

We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, dedicating 20-25 hours per week to ensure the smooth delivery of all agency projects. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and expertise in project management tools like Click Up, Slack, and Google Drive. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and a diverse team of creatives to maintain quality and meet client expectations across recurring content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with freelance and full-time team members, assigning resources to projects based on unique requirements and ensuring all deliverables are covered.
Set up and manage recurring workflows in Click Up, assign tasks, implement automations, and track deliverable progress to keep teams aligned with objectives and deadlines.
Serve as the liaison between account managers, clients, and creatives, delivering updates and addressing challenges during the content creation process.
Anticipate and resolve issues in recurring content production by adjusting timelines, reallocating resources, or re-prioritizing tasks as needed.
Track project progress, budgets, and outcomes, documenting insights to optimize efficiency in creative workflows.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
English Resume is required
3+ years in project management, ideally within a social media or digital agency managing recurring content production.
Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive, with the ability to build and manage workflows tailored to our monthly content batch model.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage diverse and high-volume deliverables.
Skilled in meeting tight deadlines while managing daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables for multiple clients.
