Role : Senior Project Manager

Salary : AED 42,000 + family benefits

Location : Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to support in overseeing project execution, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support department leadership in meeting set goals and performance targets.
• Lead and supervise project teams, ensure clarity of tasks, and track progress.
• Review project proposals, technical details, timelines, and tender submissions.
• Translate management direction into clear plans and measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with internal units and external partners to meet project needs.
• Develop and enhance processes that improve project delivery and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and ensure resources and work quality meet required standards.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Contribute to long-term planning, expansions, and budget discussions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Experience & Skills:

• Solid experience managing warehouse, industrial, and standalone commercial projects.
• Civil engineering degree is a must
• 7 or more years of experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work across both office and site environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and project-related software.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
