Role: Sr. Scrum Master ( SHIP360 Domain )

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Remote)

Type: Contract/ T4 Only

Mandatory Skills: Scrum Master (with SHIP360 Domain knowledge), Agile

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 4-5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience in projects involving SHIP 360 (shipping, carrier integration, logistics).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
