Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects, preferably within the telecom BSS domain.• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and modern development tools.• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills:• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).• Exposure to telecom protocols or OSS/BSS integrations.• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).• Relevant certifications in Scrum (CSM, PSM), Java, cloud technologies, or telecom domains.• Experience in multi-vendor and cross-functional team environments.
