Chief Technology Officer (Public Sector Company)

Responsibilities

1. Lead development of AI and software architecture standards/practices aligned with company vision and business strategy.
2. Design repeatable AI enabled modules/components, oversee technical architecture of the larger software/infrastructure ecosystem.
3. Provide technical guidance (architecture optimization, integration, troubleshooting) to delivery teams, propose emerging AI/cloud technologies for product roadmaps.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise architecture development.
2. Have experience in delievery of government's projects.
3. Must be a Singapore Citizen because of security reason.
4. Expertise in cloud-based architectures, modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps) and security-focused blueprint design.
5. Strong strategic thinking, technical communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
