1.

Primary Objective Of Position

  • Clearly translate business requirements, relationships between data, and benefits and limitations of database technologies applied in external partners' agreements (MOs/distributors and ADC data interfaces, new digital process's introduction, traceability requirements etc.)
  • Provide analytical support to Marketing, Sales, Commercial by sourcing, creating, developing, and implementing data collection and management tools to enhance sales force effectiveness of the field force.
  • Lead the affiliate's data company needs, structuring it in an appropriate format, analyzing the data using queries, and creating reports and visualizations for company decision-makers. Own all Power BI and data intelligence tools. Continuous improvement in front end (charts, visuals, metrics etc.) and back-end (mappings, databases etc.)

Major Accountabilities

  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Lead business requirements change requests for ADC interface developments with national MOs/distributors. Ensure proper functioning of databases, reporting and automatic logistics data capturing.
  • Owner of Veeva admin tasks, improvements and enhancements. Maintain up to date & accurate knowledge & records of Veeva capabilities, along with management responsibilities, organizational policies and KPIs.
  • Support with designing processes which involve internal data entry to ensure reliability of the data ingested into analytics dataset (i.e. creating digital sampling processes, ensuring traceability requirements etc.).
  • Develop and manage Power BI solutions, databases, ERPs and back-end solutions (e.g. 3rd party APIs, distributor interfaces etc.)
  • Support BEX analysts and commercial organization by adding desired measures to the analytics dataset which can be used across compatible reporting tools.
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses on data business processes and KPIs such as coverage, frequency, time on territory of sales force.
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
  • Train and educate business users in regular timeframes.
  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.

Education

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, STEM and/or Business studies.

Background

  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
  • Experience in Veeva CRM is a plus
  • Must have excellent system skills, aptitude and experience, especially Excel including pivot tables, advanced nested formulas, matching/merging, summarizing data, formatting, etc, and preferably PowerPoint, SAP and IBM Cognos
  • Proficient in Dashboard and Management overview templates creation.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

Impact of position

  • Nordic IBP manager and Business Intelligence Analyst role with focus on improving the Nordic organization’s operational excellence. The role will increase the understanding of the status of the business and allow for better strategy development and execution. The role will be a focal point for our continuous improvement initiatives.
