5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, preferably within telecom BSS/OSS environments.• Strong knowledge of telecom business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS), including billing, CRM, network management, and provisioning platforms.• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.), infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).• Hands-on experience with system monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP), and telecom standards.• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.• Ability to work independently and lead DevOps initiatives. Preferred Skills• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in telecom environments.• Familiarity with security practices and compliance in telecom operations.• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).• Certifications in relevant DevOps, cloud, or telecom technologies (e.g., CKA, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, TM Forum certifications).
