Job Summary

The Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects in alignment with organizational objectives. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with project owners, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring all project activities meet quality, budgetary, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, ensuring alignment with established goals, budget, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to support seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress through structured tracking methods and provide accurate, timely reports to senior management.
• Identify potential project risks, challenges, and deviations, proposing corrective measures to maintain project performance.
• Ensure all project activities comply with technical standards, quality guidelines, and sustainability requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures.
