Technical Oversight He should be knowing the software development life cycle and have good knowledge on ITIL process Ensure technical feasibility resource availability and alignment with architectural standards

Effective Communication Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment

The candidate must be proficient in both Italian and English languages

Risk Change Management Identify risks manage scope changes and implement mitigation strategies

Leadership and Team Management Proven ability to lead technical teams assign tasks effectively and ensure timely achievement of project objectives
