Responsibilities

  • Compare and validate reports against another to identify discrepancies and/or variances.
  • Flag, track, and escalate anomalies or irregularities to the team.
  • Correct data at the source when needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of findings and corrective actions.
  • Ensure data is handled securely and confidentially according to company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in data validation, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with multiple data sources.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
