Agile Project Manager NextGen

As an Agile Project Manager NextGen, you'll be the bridge between business and IT. You'll ensure ideas become reality, the project team stays focused on results, and IT issues aren't left behind. You'll actively engage with the organization to find the right IT experts and collaborate on developing new features.

What are you going to do?

• Proactively approach IT contacts and experts
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager and Solution Architects
• Supporting Epic Owners in realizing features
• Monitoring progress and coordination of IT activities
• Ensuring the team stays focused on priorities and deliverables
• Understanding the business context and anticipating the impact of IT choices
• Ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Contribute to integrated management within the Management Team
• Reporting on risks, dependencies and progress to management

• Experience with IT projects and knowledge of IT processes and structures.
• Strong affinity with IT and digital transformation.
• You know how to quickly find the right stakeholders and dare to approach them actively.
• Strong communication skills, both in business and IT orientation.
• Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience with agile working (Scrum, SAFe)

Location: Rotterdam + Hybrid
