Description/Comment
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone in the squad
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Have functional expertise to pick up and understand domain-related knowledge swiftly to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work.
- Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change.
- Dependency management within the squad and across agile teams
- Help the squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Guide squad to develop a high-quality product
