🔍 What do you need to become a SMART Senior DataOps Engineer?

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in DevOps, DataOps, SRE or platform engineering roles;
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, especially data & analytics services (Data Lake, SQL Database, Synapse, Data Factory, Key Vault);
• Strong experience administering Databricks (clusters, workspaces, job orchestration, performance tuning);
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep);
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash ou PowerShell for automation and tooling;
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI);
• Good understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture best practices;
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana);
• Familiarity with data engineering fundamentals, ETL/ELT workflows, Spark/Delta Lake and cloud data architectures;
• A problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and the ability to work in fast-paced and Agile environments.
