UX/UI Designer

Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work in an iterative, agile environment, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other designers. Your focus will be on UI design, refining and adjusting interfaces progressively based on feedback and evolving requirements. You'll help shape a broker-first digital experience that complements an existing consumer-facing product.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can translate complex user needs into intuitive, elegant interfaces.

Must-Haves:

• 6-8 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong UI design skills with ability to iterate quickly and effectively
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Bilingual (FR/EN) with strong English communication skill
