Position: Platform Engineer (DevOps, Cloud, SRE)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Duration: 6 months extendable

Payroll: Dutom

Key Responsibilities

1. DevOps & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps toolchains.

• Automate deployments, configuration management, and infrastructure

provisioning.

• Implement IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or

ARM/Bicep.

2. Cloud Engineering

• Architect, deploy, and optimize cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Manage cloud services such as compute, serverless, networking, identity, and

security.

• Ensure scalability, performance, and cost optimization across cloud workloads.

3. Site Reliability Engineering

• Improve system reliability, resilience, and performance for customer-facing

platforms.

• Drive observability through logging, alerting, dashboards, and proactive monitoring.

• Implement incident response processes and root-cause analysis (RCA).

4. Platform Operations

• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS).

• Support digital experience platforms, API gateways, microservices, and integration

layers.

• Collaborate with development, QA, security, architecture, and product teams to

ensure smooth platform operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps/Cloud/Platform/SRE Engineer.

• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps).

• In-depth knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar automation tools.

• Expertise with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, NewRelic).

• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Experience supporting large-scale digital and customer-facing platforms.

• Familiarity with API management, microservices, and integration platforms
