Software Engineer - Luxembourg
Duration: 230 days (138 on-site + 92 off-site)
Rates:
- On-site: €550 - €600/day
- Off-site: €150 - €200/day
Eligibility: EU nationals only
Role Overview:
Join a dynamic team responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Azure API Management platform in a hybrid cloud environment. Your role will include overseeing the integration, security, automation, and performance optimization of APIs in Azure and AWS, along with collaborating with development teams to onboard new APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Azure API Management in a hybrid cloud, integrating on-prem and cloud environments.
- Automate API deployment and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for application teams.
- Migrate teams to the Azure API Management platform and ensure proper governance.
- Monitor API performance and optimize configurations.
- Oversee the full API lifecycle, including versioning, deprecation, and sunsetting.
- Implement security measures, such as encryption and threat protection.
- Set up monitoring alerts and dashboards to track key API metrics.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with API Management, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in working with Azure API Management, ECS, and landing zones in AWS/Azure
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS)
- Experience in automating tooling and managing Kubernetes-based applications
