Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install application software in the test environment.
- Monitor applications and automate deployment processes.
- Support development and testing teams in issue investigation.
- Log and follow up on technical issues, liaising with Development and Infrastructure Departments.
- Provide clear, regular, and consistent reporting to team members.
- Identify process improvements, automate tasks, and develop testing tools.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- University degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience in LINUX environments.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system (including start/stop/monitor of services, PowerShell, and administration).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and/or MySQL, and shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following tools is a plus: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible.
- Experience with cloud technology and infrastructure, specifically GCP.
