Overview

We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Scrum Master to guide teams in applying Agile principles, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, facilitating, and improving team performance while maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Scrum & Agile Facilitation

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure Agile practices are followed and adapted effectively to support team performance.
  • Help the team maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.

Team Support & Coaching

  • Coach team members on Agile values, Scrum frameworks, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Remove blockers and ensure the team has everything needed to progress efficiently.

Project Coordination

  • Track sprint goals, velocity, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Support planning and coordination across teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
  • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and guide teams in improving processes.
  • Support Agile maturity growth within the team and wider organization.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing and maintain documentation for Agile processes.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Facilitate communication between product owners, developers, designers, and leadership.
  • Help ensure alignment on requirements, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Maintain an environment where feedback is encouraged and acted on.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze issues, manage priorities, and support the team through challenges.
  • Certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is an asset but not required.
