Key Responsibilities

Development & Enhancement

• Design, build, and enhance dashboards, visualisations, and SAC “stories.”
• Implement new measures, indicators, and dimensions to support advanced data analysis.
• Leverage SAC capabilities such as smart insights, generative AI, natural language queries, and predictive analytics.

Data Integration & Automation

• Integrate, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and support real-time analytics.

Testing & Validation

• Conduct thorough testing of dashboards and analytics outputs to ensure reliability and alignment with stakeholder requirements.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Produce clear user guides and technical documentation.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to enable self-service analytics and smooth handover to internal teams.

Support & Reporting

• Provide support during rollout and transition phases, resolving issues and ensuring reporting continuity.
• Prepare a comprehensive Project End Report detailing achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations.
