Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the broader team. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Manage the HR inbox and act as a first point of contact for related quires
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding of new hires
  • Support performance management processes
  • Provide administrative support and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and company regulations

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience working within HR
  • Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field (not essential)
