Each product has its own designer, but within the team we appreciate collaboration and mutual assistance — if you want, you can connect to the tasks of a neighboring product.

What will you do?

 • Design or optimize user scenarios (web/mobile), find growth points and launch new initiatives;

 • Turn complex into simple and understandable to users;

 • Participate in Discovery with the product and researchers, hypothesize and propose solutions to problems based on data;

 • Work with the design system and help develop it;

 • Be responsible for all stages of the design — from defining the problem to defending the solution to stakeholders;

 • Develop and grow in a cool team with excellent career prospects.

What do we expect from the candidates:

 • Deep experience in interface design (at least 3 years);

 • Knowledge and understanding of technologies and principles of development, guidelines and limitations of platforms;

 • The ability to conduct Discovery and other research;

 • Knowledge of the graphic base (composition, typography, space, color, etc.).

We'll count it as a plus:

 • Background in crypto, fintech and/or mining;

 • Ability to work with metrics and analytics;

 • T-Shape/E-Shape skillset;

 • Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level.

We have three stages of hiring: an HR interview, an introduction to the lead, and a technical interview with the design director.
