As the new D365F&SCM Application Specialist, you will be working in an in-house role, supporting our teams across Crayon’s 46 subsidiaries globally. You will take ownership of the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our internal ERP D365FO system, to meet Crayon’s business needs. You will work alongside business stakeholders and collaborate with internal IT teams (developers, a scrum master, QA specialists etc.) to ensure the effective use of D365FO.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Closely partner with cross functional teams, key business stakeholders and external partners
  • Assist existing Crayon subsidiaries with migrating and onboarding to D365FO
  • Implement new functionalities in D365FO and provide proper training and documentation for the end-users/key-users
  • Support end-users/key-users with escalated support tickets related to D365FO
  • Stay current with new features, releases, and enhancements for D365FO
  • Evaluate the impact new releases and upgrades can have on the organisation's sales & marketing operations and collaborate with IT, to arrange and carry out system upgrades


Your Competencies:

  • 3+ year of practical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Hands-on experience working in a consulting environment, within a global delivery team
  • Proven expertise in system integration
