Job Title: Business Development Manager.

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: QAR 17000 to QAR 20000

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

-Cultivate high-value relationships across private and corporate sectors.

-Design and deliver tailored health insurance solutions that reflect the unique needs of discerning clients.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, servicing, and retention.

-Stay ahead of market shifts, regulatory updates, and emerging health trends.

Key Responsibilities:

-A strategic thinker with a refined understanding of the health insurance landscape in Qatar and the G.C.C.

-A trusted advisor-your clients see you as a partner in their long-term wellbeing.

-Comfortable engaging with C-suite executives, family offices, and HNWIs with tact, insight, and confidence.

-Fluent in the language of value, risk, and return-not just premiums, cover and policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Business Development Manager.
• A very strong Medical Insurance specialised Business Development manager in Doha, Qatar.
• Broker background only – not from insurer background.
