Banking Agile Coach

Contract Role – Banking Agile Coach - Glasgow/Hybrid – 12 months initial – Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach (Banking) to join a major banking client in Glasgow on a 12-month contract. This role will focus on driving Agile delivery excellence across large-scale transformation and technology initiatives — with previous ServiceNow project experience considered highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach within the banking or financial services sector.
• Hands-on experience coaching multiple teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
• Experience working in or supporting ServiceNow-related projects (implementation, migration, or transformation) – highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. ICAgile Certified Coach - ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, CSP, PSM II/III, or equivalent).
