About the role:

At 'escent we have always been giving special attention to continuous talent development.

It is part of our DNA to detect potential among young graduates or professionals and support them to grow as business analysts on IT digital transformation projects.

Our 10-day intensive academy program covers best practices around business analysis, agile delivery, SQL proficiency, quality assurance, process modeling and soft skills.

The academy training period is combined by a first client assignment under the coaching of a senior consultant in order to boost your consultancy career start!

We work hand-in-hand with our clients to identify an adequate assignment and ensure your smooth start, primarily in banking, financial and insurance sectors.

Profil

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, IT or a related field
• You have just graduated, or you have maximum 18 months experience in business analysis, functional analysis, finance, process management, project management or testing roles; or you have a first experience in an operational role in the financial, banking or insurance indust
• Strong interest in financial, banking or insurance industry
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and IT systems
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) is essential
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Fluent in English and French
• German or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
