Business Analyst Mobile Apps

Client Introduction:

Seeking a skilled business analyst to support the development and optimization of a customer-facing B2C mobile application In this role, the analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, enhance user experience, and ensure successful deployment and ongoing improvement of mobile features.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for the mobile application.
• Focus on customer experience and design thinking within the B2C mobile app environment.
• Contribute to feature planning, roadmap, and new requirements for continued app development.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to support app integrations and API connections.
• Participate in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and reporting on deliverables.
• Document processes and help optimize system workflows related to the mobile application.
• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance mobile app features and CX journeys.
• Analyze customer journeys, adoption metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA) to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience as a business analyst, ideally with exposure to B2C mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders.
• Experience in customer experience, design thinking, and feature planning for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Flutter or hybrid mobile app technologies is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Technical understanding of mobile app data sources, integrations, and APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
