Admin Executive - Leading Facility Management Company in Dubai

A leading facility management company in Dubai is seeking an Admin Executive with 1-2 years of experience. The salary range for this role is AED 2,750 - 3,000 per month, and immediate joiners are preferred ¹.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to management
• Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
• Assist in preparing reports, meetings, and presentations
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Submit and reconcile reports
• Provide general support to visitors, clients, and suppliers
• Act as the point of contact for inquiries, communication, and transactions with management
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, executive assistant, or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
