IT Project manager at Syntx

We are building a powerful platform that unites more than 90 advanced AI tools in one service, trusted by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide – from marketing specialists, designers, and AI creators to IT teams, schools, and innovation hubs. 

Right now, we’re focused on the web version of the product and on strengthening our entire technical stack.

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager who wants to be part of a large-scale product, help the team move faster, and influence the development of the service.

What you will do:

• Manage IT projects: planning, timeline control, task management, and team coordination.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers - gather requirements, clarify details, translate business needs into clear technical tasks, and ensure the team builds exactly what is required.
• Monitor and guide the development process.
• Turn complex tasks into clear, actionable pieces so the team can work smoothly and stay efficient.
• Coordinate the work of multiple teams (frontend, backend, etc.).
• Organize and run meetings/calls.
• Maintain structure and order in tasks and priorities.
• Help the team move forward efficiently.
• Suggest improvements: simplify processes, enhance communication, and bring order where needed.

Who we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of basic software development processes - it’s important to grasp how workflows are structured and how things connect.
• Experience working with task/project management systems.
• Strong planning, structuring, and multitasking skills; ability to manage several projects at the same time.
• Ability to set priorities and keep the project aligned with the plan.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Nice to have: experience in product IT or AI projects.
• Based in Riga.
