Chief Technology Officer

Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Founding Team (Stealth Fintech Infrastructure Venture)

Location: Singapore (preferred) / Remote APAC

We are an early-stage, founder-funded fintech infrastructure venture in stealth by the owner of the TDCX Group, building a new platform at the intersection of financial technology, compliance, and high-security digital transaction systems.

We are now hiring a hands-on, world-class CTO to lead all technology decisions from day zero.

What you’ll do

• Architect and build a secure, scalable platform handling high-volume, high-integrity financial operations
• Lead and grow the engineering team (internal + outsourced)
• Integrate multiple external systems and data providers into a unified environment
• Define engineering standards, infrastructure, security, and automation
• Work directly with founders on product strategy, technical roadmap, and regulatory readiness
• Represent technology in early client and partner conversations

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of engineering experience, incl. senior leadership roles
• Strong background in API-driven platforms, distributed systems, or complex fintech/payments architectures
• Hands-on coding skills (Go, Rust, Python ideal)
• Deep understanding of security, encryption, and compliance in financial environments
• Experience working in regulated industries (banking, payments, digital infrastructure, or crypto optional but not required)
• Ability to operate comfortably in a high-accountability, early-stage environment
